Gastrik Aku Datang...

Office aku ni sejuk sangat.Lagi sejuk..lagilah perut ni kuat berkeroncong.Kerja aku setimbun macam gunung.Orang itu ini tau nak push je suruh cepat.Ingat aku ni robot ker.Maklumlah diorang nak jaga performance diorang.Aku dan rakan-rakan ni buat kerja macam robot.Memanglah itu tanggungjawab kami, tapi faham sahajala.Kami ni bahagian yang kecil, tapi nak cover semua untuk satu Malaysia.Staf tak bertambah tapi makin mengecut adalah.Harapan for the next RMK10 ni, kurang sikit permohonan.

Perut sabar ye, jangan keluar asid tau..nanti aku muntah, batal pulak puasa.Oh ya, macamana aku dapat penyakit gastrik ni.Dulu masa aku mula-mula kerja (tahun 2002), kerja tak menentu masanya, aku sedar dapat gastrik pada tahun 2003 kalau tak silap.Maklumlah, duduk bujang, makan berjimat.Bukan ikat perut, tapi macam malas nak makan. Selalu makan pagi jam 9.00 sekali dengan lunch.Then malam baru makan.Ditambah lagi dengan stress, maka lagi activelah perut aku bertindakbalas.Pernah terbaca, gastrik kalau tak dijaga boleh jadi kanser perut.Harap-harap dapat dijauhkanlah.
